Outside work Richard enjoys time with his daughters exploring New Zealand’s coastal waters, surfing and fishing.

Outside of work Niall runs a few animals on his lifestyle block along with his wife and two daughters.

Tom is an experienced project manager who has delivered successful projects across residential, primary industry, and local government sectors. With a foundation in estimating and commercial management, Tom brings confidence, clarity and practicality to complex project environments, consistently ensuring outcomes that meet client expectations.

He is a natural communicator and collaborator, passionate about engaging stakeholders, managing risk effectively, and fostering strong relationships across teams.
