R&H Contracting Solutions Limited is a Central North Island based Civil Engineering Consultancy Business. Richard Cowie, the company's Director, is tertiary qualified and has over 20 years of experience in the Civil Construction industry both, in New Zealand and overseas.

R&H Contracting Solutions was founded in mid-2013 to service Local Contractors and Local Government in the following specialist areas:

• Project and Contract Management.

• Engineer to Contract and Engineers Representative Roles including project MSQA.

• Project Engineer and Technical Delivery.

• Production of Procurement Plans, RFT/RFP Documents, Contract Documents, Tender Evaluation Team Member.

• Project Financial Management as the Client and for Contractors.

Richard has predominantly undertaken his Local Government consultancy work for Waikato District Council which continues today.

Richard has extensive experience in a diverse range of General Civil Contracting works:

Land Development and Sub-divisions, Utilities and Underground Construction, Bulk Earthworks, Pavement Construction, Three Waters, Marine works and Small to Medium Structural works.
